Wellness Centre providing Float Tank, Infrared Saunas, Massage Chairs, Recovery Pump Products, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage and Hyperbaric Chamber. Open 7 Days a week

How we came to be....

Ashlee Potter and Brenton Cook began North East Float & Motion to help members of the local North East community to have access to some of the most high tech equipment available to provide a wide variety of health benefits, previously reserved for those located in major cities.

Ashlee has been working in private practice as a Clinical Myotherapist for over 15 years and more recently as a Qualified Paediatric Massage Consultant also.

Brenton has been working in the local area as a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist for over 10 years.

In this time it has become clear that there is a major gap between demand, and services provided within the area. With this in mind North East Float & Motion is continuously striving to close this gap and provide these elite services and more in the future.

Beginning with Recovery Pump boots and later adding the Recovery Pump Arm products, these facilities were met with much enthusiasm from all who tried them.

Moving forward from that, and looking to add more facilities that focused on overall health and well-being, the DreamPod Floatation Tank has been added to the services offered. This tank was specifically chosen not only for the physical and cognitive benefits, but also for its' increased size with the ability to accommodate larger individuals and couples. The addition of Dreamscapes using light and sound therapy was perfect for the desired outcome to target areas such as stress/anxiety, improved cognition and encouragement of improved sleeping patterns to name a few.

Building on the theory of the increasing the bodies' own self healing  mechanisms, we have added two 2 person Infrared Saunas, a Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber and two brand new Massage Chairs.

We are passionate about the positive outcomes our services offer. We believe in their proven abilities and are striving to promote awareness and education for all willing to achieve their best well-being.

Our Centre is completely purpose built with comfort in mind. We promote a relaxed and friendly environment for people of all ages. We are so excited to share all of our amazing products and services with you all.
