Waivers
Waivers must be completed for each service used in North East Float & Motion prior to your set appointment time.
It is your responsibility to read in full and agree to the terms set out in each individual waiver.
Promotions
Promotions regularly set out will have attached their own set of terms and conditions. Please contact staff if you would like a copy of these at any time.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of appointment to be valid for use, otherwise the full fee or cancel fee will apply.
Gift vouchers are not transferable between persons.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used on promotional specials unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers will not be sold on promotional pricing unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers for a purchased for a specific service cannot be transferred for another service.

Prepaid Membership Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be presented at the commencement of the membership.
Vouchers are not transferrable between persons.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers cannot be used on promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
Vouchers cannot be transferred for use on different services,
Vouchers are to be used at the level of membership specified.
If the recipient does not agree to the terms and conditions set out on the Prepaid Membership waiver, they forfeit the right of use.
If the recipient does not behave in a manner that promotes a safe experience for the staff and equipment they forfeit the right for any future appointments or entry to North East Float & Motion.
If the recipient cannot provide proof of vaccination the voucher could be transferred at the discretion of staff only.
